Would give zero stars if an option. Ordered online. Receipt said food would be ready in 25 min. I show up 35 min, no food ready.... I let them know my name when I got there and she turned around (I assumed to prepare my food or wrap it up to hand to me). Afterthe second smoothie was completed for another costumer that had clearly ordered after me and multiple sandwiches that weren?tmine. I walked up (it had been 20 min, they were busy doing things the whole time), girl #2 picks her nose while I?m talking toher (not making this up), I ask for a refund as it had now been an hour since I made my 2 smoothie 2 sandwich order. Girl Ispoke to originally decides to pipe in and say ?she thinks someone else picked up my order.? How it didn?t cross her mind toquickly make things right for me or even let me know that when I arrived blows my mind. Boy (must be supervisor) has to do therefund, but is unable to refund the $3 tip I also prepaid. So not only did I waste an hour and not get my food, but they alsostole $3 from me. Called corporate to report my experience and they wanted to send me an $8 gift card, which I refused ashonestly didn?t care to return after that horrible experience and they wanted basically all my personal info (they already hadmy email). I also am not one to write reviews as I am in the service industry and know there are challenges, but they way theyresponded to each error was pretty crazy. As a manager myself I would be so incredibly embarrassed as to how they handledeverything, I understand it?s hard to train people in things that seem so basic to costumer service and we are all hurting forgood help these days. tropical smoothie has always been a favorite of my family going to tropical smoothie as a restaurant chain since we lived in... South Florida so roughly around maybe 16 or 17 years give or take. Anyways now I have a daughter that jumped into the fun withtropical smoothie and truly does love it as well. She loves the kids cheese quesadilla and the smoothies without a doubt. Thisparticular location at the time we visited which was on a Saturday afternoon was totally fine although it did seem like theemployees may have been a little nonchalant though we're still kind and pleasant. No issues in my book. Food was prepared andmade very well with no issues whatsoever in a very timely manner. The only let down I've had at a tropical smoothie which isn'ta let down from this location but more as a company as a whole is years ago they did away with the King Caesar wrap and changedit over to this green Caesar chicken wrap or something like that. At any rate it's nowhere near as good as the King Caesar wrapas I feel like the sauce in the King Caesar wrap was more flavorful and as a whole the wrap was larger chunks of chicken and asa whole just had a better flavor and balance. I wish they would bring this back on the menu because it was absolutely amazingand I'll be totally honest and say that there was never such an occasion where I was able to go to tropical smoothie in orderjust one. I always picked up two because they were so stinking delicious and that isn't something I can do with the new greenCaesar chicken wrap not only for Price reasons but also I don't feel that the new flavor profile of this is worth me needing twoof them The King Caesar wrap is the biggest reason for me giving them four stars instead of five. If I could give zero stars I would. I order wraps without chesse and tomatoes. To my surprise my wrap was full of it and I had... to deconstruct the wrap to take all the items out. Obviously does not respect dietary restrictions. Which is concerning as theydo serve peanut butter wraps and smoothies. Also my smoothie has bananas and I asked for no bananas. Read more
Wow. What a disappointment. Sunday 5:30-three women working, blaring rap music from their own portable speaker, one picking... through her hair, and it smells like week old trash in there. I left and will not be back to this location. Read more
Great customer service! I placed a delivery order online and when it was delivered, I was missing an item. I called the store... and the manager, Zach, promptly remade my missing item and delivered it personally to me. That level of customer service willkeep me coming back. First visit here, didn't realize they had other food besides smoothies. Ended up just getting smoothies for the family but will... come back to try the tasty sounding sandwiches and salads. The smoothies were perfectly creamy and flavorful! Read more
Detox Island and mango magic are great mixed together! Ordered a Caribbean chicken wrap ....alittle on the spicy side ...loved... it! Subbed kale salad for chips ???? recommend the wraps over quesadillas and definitely over their sandwiches! Paradise pointis excellent especially if you like banana ???????? Read more
Service was decent, even though we were pretty much the only customers the service wasn?t the fastest. The reason for 3 stars is... mostly because I get the exact same order every time I go to a tropical smoothie and the smoothie I got was completely differentthan it usually is, it felt like they missed an ingredient altogether or accidentally measured it wrong.
