Friendly service, fun atmosphere with hot food that's ready for you fast. Placed order with ease, used coupons from the app with... ease, order was made correctly in a fast paced kitchen with plenty of staff. Dining area was clean and well organized. Who knew stopping at Wendys could destress my morning? I was running behind schedule, forgot my lunch, and I have meetings all... day today at work. I drove thru Wendys to get lunch for later, still stressed I encountered Deborah. She was absolutely thesweetest woman, asking me how my morning is going, talking to me about the weather, etc to the point I did not even care to lookat the time and whether I would be a few minutes late to my meeting because her kindness especially at a fast food establishmentcan be rare. Place was empty, but Food was fresh, steady line at drive thru. A single combo was almost $10-. Honestly for less than a dollar... more I could get a family meal across the street at Arby's. Food was good but definitely not worth the money. Still a basicburger, not any different from the others. Next time I'll skip Wendy's and get a better value from a more creative menu.. Read more
I meant to write this earlier today when I went for lunch but it slipped my mind, but had to share my experience. The lady... working the drive thru window (I didn't catch her name) was possibly the most pleasant and upbeat person I have ever had thepleasure to encounter working in the food service industry. She was talkative, friendly, and so positive. She left a greatimpression and I just want to say kudos to her. Made my day to know there are people like her still left!! Read more
I just got talked down to by a hostile/rude employee. All I asked was if they would not put onions & lettuce & mayo on my... burger. She said 'we don't do that here!' Maybe she's having a bad day. I thought 'the customer is always right.' I've workedwith sales & fast food for many years & would be reprimanded for this behavior/attitude. Also I have receive many soft drinksthat are flat. I went to this location fairly late in the evening, probably after 9 pm. I was a little concerned about it being a down time for... customers and how fresh the food would be. It was actually perfectly fresh, the order was correct and the food was hot! Keep inmind, the Wendy's locations here in Nashville are hit and miss as to quality. I would drive further to this location as opposedto one closer due to the overall experience I had here. Read more
They do not deserve one single star, however, I had to for the sake of my comment. I was working uber eats & arrived there... approximately seven minutes after order was placed. The lady opened up the window & said "We're closed". I said "Yes ma'am, I'mwith uber eats & the customers order is right behind you prepared for delivery. Can you please hand it to me?" She said ,"No,you can't just pull up after we close". I said "Ma'am, the order was just prepared & ITS RIGHT THERE BEHIND YOU PREPARED!" Sheslammed the window shut & I took a pic proving what I was saying to report it to my support team. This was so unnecessary &uncalled for & because of the petty unprofessionalism, I will NEVER spend my own money there again. Read more
