Great chefs and amazing food. The mix of flavours and textures is simply breathtaking. The owner was very welcoming. The drinks... did take some time to come out so we were offered the sake on the house which was a nice gesture. On the other side, the waiterclearly lacked experience. Did not remove the empty plates unless we asked, We felt rushed because he brought the bill before wewere done or asked. This happened twice. I was also surprised to see the mandatory 20% gratuity is included in the bill. I askedand was told it was the usual practice for a party of 5 (we were 2 adults & 3 kids). I wish I could give negative 100 stars. This restaurant has horrible customer service. My husband and I walked into this... restaurant hungry for dinner. We sat down and contemplated the menu. Then the owner of the restaurant came to our table andasked us to move tables and if we didn't that we wouldn't be able to be served. I said that I was ready to order and that thetable they sat us at was fine. The owner then started yelling at my husband and I that we would not be able to be served and weended up leaving the restaurant. Extremely horrible staff member, they will treat you horribly and I'm sure your food is notsafe either considering how horrible their staff is to treat their customers. Good luck, this place sucks! My hubby and I came here randomly and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was upbeat and chic, but not too fancy (we are at the... beach after all!). The sushi was good (yellowtail sashimi was ????) and reasonably priced. There was a DJ too which made it evenmore fun. Sushi party? Sign me up! Read more
Lively sushi restaurant. Everything I tried was delicious (see attached photos). The Crazy Fish Roll was fantastic! The Ramen... was good, the names salmon was delicious, and the sashimi sampler was spot-on. If you can catch a Groupon, you'll be lovinglife! Read more
Not a bad Sushi experience at all. Very friendly staff and some great dishes beyond the Sushi bar norm. There was a very strong... variety of patrons both tourists and locals which was interesting to say the least. 1st of all I love this restaurant, 2nd of all I'm not a giant fan of sushi! Been here twice in the last 2 months for special... occasions and all of the appetizers and entrees I've sampled have all been absolutely delicious. All of them were platedbeautifully and photo ready lol. The staff is stellar! Attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain thedishes to us which was very helpful. The restaurant is practically on the beach so it has that cool, casual beachy vibe whilestill maintaining it's modern and trendy look. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. It's perfect for date night,celebrations or just any time you want to have some good food. They also offer several dishes that are non sushi related a kidsmenu and have a full bar. (I got my 75 year old mom to do a sake bomb!) Also, there's a public parking lot within walkingdistance if you're not lucky enough to get a meter spot. Personally I can't wait to go back! Read more
If I could give more than five stars I would definitely do that! I don’t know why it’s taking us so long to try out this... sushi place but it is absolutely the best in the area! Not only does it have a super cool vibe to the restaurant, the chefs arehilarious, but the food is on a different level! Every roll that we tried was so good!
