Great teamwork as they balance orders from drive-through, mobile, and walk-up counter. Coffee always well handled with good... cheer. Love the options of shade or sun on outside tables. Wild parrots in the park for good measure. Read more
Got my favorite chocolate croissant and a flat white with extra shot. The drive through is closed so you have to get inside the... store to get you order. There are green lines through out the store to assist with social distancing and protect employees. Idid not wait more than 4 minutes. Read more
As of this week, this Starbucks has now opened for in-store ordering and pickup of mobile orders. While the service and my... coffee drink were fine, I was highly disappointed that this store was not following two of the LA County Health Departmentprotocols for Covid-19 safety: (1) they did not have an entrance door propped open so that customers entering or exiting thestore could avoid touching a door handle, and (2) they were not enforcing facial masks for customers. Several people withoutmasks walked in to pick up orders while I was waiting for my own order. It's a pretty small waiting area. When I mentioned myconcern about masks to one of the baristas, she said that Starbucks employees were told they could not enforce face maskprotocols for customers. I will probably not visit this Starbucks again, due to health safety concerns. Read more
Starbucks are all the same, and that's a good thing! No worries of will your drink taste as good as it did the last time you... ordered it. Customer service here is important to the Baristas. From time to time it does get very busy and that's when theyhave challenges of keeping the napkins and other things stocked and the tables cleaned. Read more
