What a joke to say the least. Poor customer service at this location that I will NEVER be back. 1st off waited over 15 min for... my food to find out my order got cleared & erased. Don't know how that happened...then when I mentioned it the person, they werebeyond rude & acted like it never mattered. A simple gesture of caring would have went a long way. Hopefully management can havea sit down with their employees on customer service skills. Also they changed their Zesty Sauce recipe...it tastes horrible now. Read more
If I could give this a 0 I would . My family and I came by to grab dinner the other night and later on my whole family was sick... . We got food poisoning from the food we ate here . Will never come to this Burger King again . Read more
The front counter person took my order and then disappeared I ordered Bacon King low carb dressed like a Whopper I got two... pieces of meat four pieces of cheese lettuce tomato pickle and had to go back and ask for the bacon had cold fries had to askfor fresh fries so in return I just finally said heck with it because but tell him I got the fries My sandwich and stuff wascold and I asked for a refund and the manager gave me attitude and told him to sling the fries that never went out to a customerin the garbage And also stated that she didn't want them anymore instead of being professional about her job. The last 2 times I went and got a burger, it was cold. Will never go again. It didn't used to be like this, food used to be hot.... Been going there for years. Now, it's cold. No excuse for this, will never return. Fast food isn't cheap anymore so a personexpects hot food at the very least. It's a shame too because I live only a short distance and used to visit frequently, but notanymore. All the other local fast food places serve hot burgers, so there is something wrong here. Read more
They charged me $30 for cold food. A whopper I ordered they put on a small cheeseburger bun. They don?t close for a while 30... minutes. All the fries are cold. The chicken fries cold. Don?t come here. The boy and girl that closed don?t care. Read more
If I could give a negative rating I would. Three times in a row now there has been something wrong with order. Today, my... hamburger is burnt to a crisp, stiff as a board and inedible. It's also cold. Not all condiments on husband's order were done(no lettuce). It is useless to try and call because they won't pick up the phone, no matter the time. I've tried callingprobably 50-60 times the past month or so. The staff have no interest in trying to help you or make things right. This locationAlways seems to have some kind of machine broken. Our food sucked, all of it was cold not even warm. Even had to wait awhile for our food. We only live 8 minutes away. They... don't even deserve one star. Went there on a Sunday evening. All employees outside smoking. Stood at counter yelled does anybody work here. Finally employee... showed. Orgered whopper Jr meal ans double cheeseburger. Got home 1.5 miles away. Fries were cold. No cheese on doublecheeseburger. Very poor performance and service. Read more
