Double roast beef cheddar combo is a child?s size roast beef sandwich ..no cheese.ordered medium fries.. she asked us twice.... Also ordered a medium shake again.. a tiny child size cup..no straws for drinks .. went back for those..Used cards received inthe mail from arbys from a previous horrible experience .. and still gets it wrong? Cards say any meal combo small fries anddrinks. I wanted to pay difference in sizing. Attitude at window Was this on purpose? Read more

Did an online order 2 days in a row, on a Sunday and Monday, during lunch. I got FANTASTIC service both times! They have a very... friendly staff, very fast service, and the food was great. I will go out of my way to visit this location over pretty much anyother fast food in Desoto or Tate counties. The store manager should be very proud of their team. Read more
