Ordered the 19 piece of tenders sides 1 chicken sandwich meal. Asked for 2 piece was told it would be 30 minuetes to cook. Told... them i just want a sandwich instead, had to pull up waited for 30 min. They brought out sides and a bucket of chicken on thebone. No sandwiches. My recipe had the sandwich meal on it and the other sandwich. Gave the lady back my recipe showed it toher. She took my receipt and the food back inside. We pulled to a parking space my daughter went in to make sure they understoodthe problem. They were bad mouthing us saying we were wrong. Daughter kept her cool and explained what was wrong. One of the worst fast food establishments I?ve ever been to . Everything was dirty , nothing clean. Windows haven?t been cleaned... for years , it was like walking into a 1700?s diner , abandoned and dirty . Customer service was horrible , as if I was a ghost.Cook comes and takes my order touches the screen then goes back to making food . Food was mediocre. Save time and don?t come tothis location . We were told they had no chicken tenders. Then we were told it would take 20 minutes because there was no chicken cooked. We... waited for the order. When we returned home the chicken was raw in the middle, not cooked. The fries tasted like old flour mix.The food is dangerous. Be careful! Read more
Online order doesn?t work got there and they didn?t have half our food even in stock, but no didn?t call me that they didn?t... have it but waited for us to get there. It was supposed to be an online pickup order? was supposed to get a drink, didn?t getthat but paid for it, was supposed to get a max and cheese chicken bowl, nope didn?t get that either. Do not order thru the app,it?s very flawed. Also didn?t get a side for my 8 piece and didn?t get a side for my friends 5 piece, so we partially paid for afull order and only got half of it. Read more
The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was very clean. The staff took great pride in the job and place of work.... This was the best fast food restaurant I have ever been in. Any time I'm in the area I will be stopping by. Great jobstaff!!!!!!! Read more
Ordered the family meal. Asked to trade 1 mashed potato for a different side. Yelled at through the drive thru by 3 people... saying no. Asked for butter and was told they'd never heard of butter being at a kfc. Guess they believe nobody likes butter andhoney on their biscuits. Asked for a receipt and was told they were out of receipt paper. Chicken not breaded right!! I wouldsuggest new management and better ordering. Place is always filthy inside and never make the mistake of going through the drive thru and not checking your food before you... leave. 2 times in a row I?ve left there after spending 40+ dollars and drive 30 minutes back home to discover all my food is notin there!
