Sonic is not like it use to be the food use to hot and fresh not anymore. I think they need to go back to made to order instead... of the lamps. And as for fresh tator tots or fries change the oil regularly just disappointed ???? Read more
Ashlie is a complete psychopath. She has harassed my 16 yr old daughter and had other employees text her harassing her (because... she gave them my childs number)after she quit. She clearly needs help. The corporate office was notified with ALL of the texts.She is currently a car hop/ manager. Tonight my daughter went to sonic and was met by Ashlie in the parking lot while she wassitting in her car waiting on her order. Ashlie started screaming at her telling her ?she shouldn?t be there? and ?don?t comeback?. Customers started driving off without their food due to this employees behavior. Ashlie is VERY well known by otherrestaurant managers in Hernando for mistreating kids that work at sonic. Next step is filing harassment charges. This incidenttonight was recorded. Read more
Big Sonic customers. We live in NC and have only found one Sonic that has outstanding service. This Sonic, all of the young... ladies were on roller skates, SUPER FRIENDLY, more than one person bringing food out, clean property, food was preparedfast.......over all a very nice encounter. I was very disappointed. Second morning I stop by push the button no service but I see all the cars around me getting orders. I... also order a large sweet tea and it took almost 20 minutes, mind you cars came after me and got their orders. Stateline road andHernando get it together. Read more
Our Sonic is awesome! Hernando doesn't have a lot of food options and sometimes you really just don't want to drive north. Sonic... is a good place to go. Staff is nice, price is fair. Bo loves them. He talks to them often. If you hear a dog arooing and youare there, it is just Bo. Read more
They never get the order right, bur at least this time it was fairly fast. We went during the 50¢ corn dog extravaganza, and... didn't order any corn dogs, so perhaps that accounted for the speed. My hot dog is below. I took the bacon that wasn't supposeto be on his burger. It sort of made up for all of the missing items on my dog. Read more
