This has to be the worse Taco Bell in DeSoto County. The last 3 times there, the food looks like they dropped the order on the... floor. Get home with it and everything is wet for some reason. I order 2 drinks and get 1 straw. Really?? Not to mention thenapkins. Got 3 of those for 2 menue orders. Don't make sense to me. Mgt will never do anything to make it right. The food good and atmosphere good service need little work
Store has gotten much better. Lady working the drive thru tonight was awesome!
i went right after school at approximately 3 p.m and you open at 8 a.m and there no one was at the drive thru but there was one... worker in her car on the phone so i don't understand why im grilled cheese burrito less when you literally don't even closeuntil midnight. Read more
Management has really improved I would definitely recommend going to this Taco Bell now, they are really nice and fast and get... your order Ryan for the most part lol! But I expect some mistakes as busy as they are. And if I could I need to make onerecommendation that they stop putting heavy food on top of the lighter foods like bean burritos on top of hardshell tacos theyalways do that and crushes the food. I still love taco bell but this time I got a surprise in my burrito supreme. A hard pieced of white plastic. Like off the end of... a handle or something. Took it in and made an incident report and was hoping they would at least look for something that matchedup to it. That didnt happen. They pretty much blew us off and took some info on a piece of paper. Read more
Dec 7th visit: I do not eat meat. When I ordered and requested black beans instead the gal seemed shocked and then irritated.... Very little customer serviceand just seemed to want to get it over with. Was a little nice at the window but again, very littlecustomer service. I'm noticing that a lot on the east coast, because if they acted like that back home they'd be fired for notbeing friendly to customers. Anyways, idk what they thought this was (pictures), but it was a mess when I opened it and the fooddid not get damaged in the vehicle as it sat still the entire ride. There was barely any brand on any item and very littletomatoes. Sad looking food for sure... I hope y'all gain more customer service sense, be more friendly, and don't seem irritatedwhen a paying customer wants a modification. Other than this mess of a visit, the taste of the food was good. Dec 8th 2022, Hernando Ms. go with my family to have dinner walk up to the door and it's locked with about 8 customers eating... inside and it was during business hours no note stating why and when the customers inside said something to the staff the staffjust looked at us. as we go to leave one of the employees just looks at us and waves at us. this was not the first time we hadissues with the night crew there we will never again give Hernando Tacobell our business again!!!!!!!
