I ordered a Cobb salad on yesterday and I get home and the lettuce is brown. I won't be going back there.

They don?t know the meaning of half & half tea, staying open for the business hours as advertised, getting your order 100%... correct, and they often run out of chicken tenders. The customer service here is usually great and this location seems to be way faster than the one in southaven. The only issue I... have is that there has been a couple of times where they have forgotten to give me my salad dressing for my usual order of 2salads. No big deal, ill just park and walk in and request my dressing. The past few times this has happened though, I getlooked at as if I am trying to get one over on the crew. Honey, I have better things to do than try to get extra dressing byclaiming I was given none. All i ask if for my 2 packets per salad. If I wanted extra I would pay for extra. Also, I wish thislocation would change their hours back and stay open past 8. Especially on Fridays and Saturdays and because of this, Ive had tomake the trip and started going back to the southaven location that stays open until 10. Read more
