The servers were rude to myself and my roommate. I asked for a small shake and they made a regular and charged me for a regular.... I didn?t have enough money. Then when they tried to provide change they didn?t provide the correct amount. When confronted, theydidn?t apologize. They attempted to give the correct amount and still got the amount wrong. It was mind breaking for them to domath. I was hoping the quality of the shake would redeem the store. Nope. It is only milk. I can?t even taste the mint icecream. Read more
Franchise owner needs to priotize this store. Employees said they ran out of waffle cones. They just don't know how to make it.... Had to get a simple ice cream so they could make it. Ordered a smoothie so it was easier for them to make. Read more
This was the worst ice cream place we have ever been to the water was leaking and we almost slipped the workers were so slow,... they were taking there sweet time when there were 23 people in line. We had to wait for 1 hour! I am never coming to this coldstone ever again! If you are thinking about grabbing some ice cream quickly never come here! Read more

Cold Stone is always a treat. It had been years, but we made a plan earlier in the day. The combinations are endless so we got... mostly standard combinations. I had the Founders Favorite and my wife had the Berry Berry Berry Good with French vanilla insteadof sweet cream. Both were as good as expected. Read more
I had a chocolate devotion in King of Prussia mall near Philadelphia and became obsessed with it. I paid this location two... visits in this week, but disappointed both the times. Staff were friendly and polite, but they are not doing their best when itcomes to crafting ice cream. They are not doing good with proportions. On my second visit, she mixed it hardly 10 seconds and Igot big chunks of brownie which you can see in the last picture. The first (from left) is the one that made me obsessed. We canclearly see the difference in texture and color. People are paying for one of the most expensive ice creams for a reason and Ihope they respect that fact. Read more
