Just do yourself a favor and don't order from here. Unfortunately I didn't catch my delivery order and it got routed to this... location. Took over an hour to get here. They got one guy delivering orders. I know the struggle so I waited. The food wasinedible. Boxes smashed. I took a bite and spit it out because it tasted so badly like the cardboard box. They gave me a refundinstantly so that's why they get 2 stars. Save yourself the trouble and either get it delivered from another location or just gopick it up. Read more
I cant even begin to describe how terrible the delivery process is. The carryout process has been fine in the past but delivery... is just astronomically bad. After placing an order in the evening the pizza was marked as "in the delivery car" for over an hourand a half! When the pizza finally arrived two hours late both of the boxes were smashed and the pizza was disgustingly cold andspongy. It looked and tasted like someone left it crushed behind a kitchen sink. I get that they are probably short staffed but2 hours for a delivery ten minutes away and then the audacity to still serve the pizza anyway is ridiculous. Just closedeliveries or let us know it's not gonna work out! Horrible horrible. If you're craving pizza I'd reccomend going LITERALLYanywhere else. Read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My first time ordering from here and I wish I would?ve listened to the reviews.... The tracking app is bs. Told me food was getting checked for quality or whatever an hour ago and it?s almost closing time. Ibeen trying to contact the store to find out where my food is and the phone just rings away even though their website saysthey?re open. They?ll charge you for the food but you won?t receive anything. A disgrace and definitely won?t ever order fromhere again. I was shocked on how bad this fairly new location has gotten with their pizza?s. I ordered 2 thin crusts and the cheese was... burnt n cold n hardly had any cheese on it. Worst Pizza i ever had. Ordered a Chicken taco pizza for lunch and my order was messed up. The pizza is burnt and it has too... many bubbles. Each slice has a bubble and it hallow. Also, they got the wrong toppings. Totally a worst pizza i ever had in mylife so far. Waste of money. Read more
I've ordered carryout from here several times. They've never screwed up my order and they did make good pizzas until my last... order. That said, I was not thrilled when I saw a couple of the employees in the store not wearing masks including the pizzamakers. Despite the assurances of management and customer care below, this continues to be a problem. My last trip, you can seein the attached photo, the employee was making pizzas without a mask on. Then when he sees me after I had been waiting a minuteor two to be acknowledged, he suddenly puts on his mask and tells the other employees to put on their masks. (You can seeanother employee in the back with the mask not covering his nose.) I will not be going back. It is not safe to get pizzas fromhere and I don't need a pizza covered in yellow slime. Nor do I need slime that then goes through the pizza box and gets myseat in the car covered in it. Read more
The delivery mechanism is okay. Most of the times its on time. Pizza quality is accurate most of the times. I see a lot of... negative ratings. I don't think so its this bad. I am a regular customer (delivery), 8/10 times its always good service. Oneproblem I noticed many times is when you call in the store, they don't pick up or if picked up by someone, there is a languagebarrier. Read more
