Stuffed chicken was good, burger wasn't bad, fish and chips was good, chicken tenders were dry and bland. The server was GREAT,... and had a great personality...however service was very slow because he was by himself manning the bar AND the bar tables, on aSunday night when the NFL is playing. I think they need to make sure they have enough people working, especially on nights thatare typically busy. Read more
Been a long time since I come for Lunch here (Pre-Pandemic) I an my lunch mates were HAPPY AND PLEASED at the serving size... which matches the cost per meal PERFECTLY. Everyone at the table cleaned their plates. I one of my Friends HIGHLY recommendthe Beer Battered Fish and CHIPS incredible perfectly cooked and the side salad excellent compliment. Do be patient whenvisiting. They are short staffed wait times will be long but SO WORTH IT. Service was excellent as well. Read more
We don’t have any Houlihan’s near us anymore. We passed this one and we stopped here to get the only potato soup I’ll ever... eat. It was so good. I only gave 4 stars because I got a lot of the good broth but didn’t get the hearty part of the soup. Ialso got the Thai chili wings but they were so good I ate them before I thought to take a pic. The food is amazing. We willdefinitely be back to visit. Read more
The scallops and risotto dish was yummy, but the service was lacking. There were 3 servers in the dining area but they were all... talking to a guy in the back of the room, so it took a few minutes until someone came over. He didn't take my name down for thecarry-out order and then all 3 servers disappeared (didn't see them again even though people were dining). Luckily I saw arunner bring food out so I went to ask and she didn't even know what it was, so the bartender opened my food to see and thenasked if I wanted it? Like yes sir that's my food? I suggested their process would go smoother if they took a name down forto-go orders instead of opening up people's food. I guess he didn't like that (even though every other restaurant does it), cuzhe was pretty rude and dismissive after that. Overcooked chicken which didn’t taste like Parmesan crusted chicken, buns for my sons burger were like hockey pucks, fresh... fruit was great, chicken tenders overcooked and dry. Definitely not worth the money they charge which was $50.00. Read more
The food was pretty good, but the service was unnecessarily slow for a restaurant that was less than half full. If they were... understaffed, would have been nice to know that... but we were ignored by the bartender, who served everyone in the bar areaother than us: mind you, there were only 7 people in the bar area. Maybe Sundays just aren't their day??????????? Read more
Food was awesome & so was the presentation! I had the Steak breakfast with orange juice. It's attached to Crown Plaza hotel so... to walk down to get an amazing breakfast was EVERYTHING TO ME! FOOD IS LIFE LOL The waitress was so nice even though I wish shewould've did at least 1 check up on us as we ate. I'm serious about customer service but I'm ok because the hotel/restaurantmanager actually came & was greeting & checking up on everyone! Very rare for hotel managers to come talk to the guest!
