Disappointed. I said cheese on my eggs I couldn't taste no cheese. Order 2 lemonade it tasted like water had to Order sprite... drinks. The sauage and bacon was overcooked. Food and service were excellent. We were seated right away and food came out quickly. They were attentive, friendly and checked... on us periodically. Very pleasant experience. Tried the beef bowl which was yummy. Would recommend. Read more

Very slow service. Have been here several times since it opened, and its almost always empty and yet the service is always very... slow and inattentive. I've often been the only customer in the place or 1-2 other tables. At the beginning I assumed it wasnew restaurant/new staff teething issues but it's been years now and it's still the same. Kitchen is mostly fine once theyfinally get your order - has overcooked my eggs once or twice but mostly is quick and at the standard IHOP level of quality. Read more

We stopped by for lunch and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Service was slow and took a long time to get our food. When... the food arrived, it was good but the fries were not as hot as they could be. We had to go find the server to get our checkafter sitting for quite some time ready to leave. Since it was Wednesday, we got the 50% off our check so that was a plus. Read more

Excellent service! We did call ahead seating and we had a table immediately. The waitress we had was super friendly and the food... came out fast. The split decision breakfast is always our favorite choice as it has French toast, pancakes, eggs, bacon andsausage. The buy one, get one milkshakes are great too! Highly recommend this location! Waited 40 minutes for our food we ordered and waitress comes and tells us ?can you repeat the order because there was a glitch... on the system? what? After 40 minutes? Unacceptable! And her attitude like she did not care! Then manager came?and also like shedid not care. Place was empty! So tell me?how long does it take to do 3 burgers? NEVER GOING BACK THERE! Read more

DISGUSTING! Walk in and there's drink specials sitting on a small table I the lobby. They must have been 3 days old at least.... Not to mention the wad of gum on the back of my seat and the table next to me that went unbussed for the entire time I wasthere. Food all over the floor too. The manager had an attitude from the minute I walked in. The one server working was highand couldn't take the order. Even after repeating it a couple times, it still came out wrong. Wouldn't surprise me if themanager was high too since they were just messing around in the back instead of working. I think every table had to get up, walkto the bar, and pay because they got tired of waiting. I will not be back as it's probably a health hazard. Read more

We took my dad here for Father's day (it's a tradition for him) and had a negative experience, so much so that he said he didn't... want to go to an IHOP next year. Let's start with the positive -- the food was generally pretty good. I had the French toastmeal. The French toast was light, fluffy, and showered with a dusting of confectioners' sugar. The eggs and hash browns wereboth good, though not really remarkable in any way. I would've preferred if it'd been cut thicker, but the bacon was chewy, nottoo crispy, and flavorful. Basically, food-wise, everything was fine, although my mom said that her food arrived cold. The bigproblem was the service. It took the server two or three trips to fill everyone's drink orders, plus when our food arrivedthere was no silverware. Then the silverware they gave us was plastic (maybe it was a Covid precaution, but since they wereusing real plates, it seemed odd that they couldn't use real silverware). The worst part was, after I paid for the meal, theserver brought the wrong card back as well as the wrong bill. I checked my bank account today and, even though they reversedit, they actually charged me for the amount in the wrong bill (which was about $15 more than our bill). Even though the foodwas decent, dealing with all these other issues made my experience unpleasant. Read more
