Horrible service and staff. The boy who called himself Manager Freda refused to give me light ice for my Ice tea with 3 combo... meals that I had ordered. His name is Freda and started shouting at ne saying all customers get this and you will also get thefull ice. When I refused to take the Ice tea he threw the whole ice and gave ne hot ice tea without ice at all. I tried callinghim and he started shouting back at me. A fairly good drive thru experience, if a little confusing. I had to ignore the first poorly marked speaker and wait at the... second poorly marked speaker for a minute before I was acknowledged. I got the food I ordered, and it was about like I expected.Nothing exciting. Read more
When confirming my mobile order at the box, I asked the lady if my iced coffee could have light ice (as the app doesn?t give the... option). A practice I?ve done at every McDonald?s I?ve been to. She straight up tells me no because the order was alreadyplaced LOL. I?m obviously confused and asked why they can?t just put less ice in, but she tells me it can?t be done and to askthem at the window. I also had the pleasure of hearing her explain my insane and unreasonable request to the people in the carbehind me while I waited to move forward, so that was nice. When I got to the pickup window my drink was already made,expectedly, but I asked them anyway. Thankfully this person was far more polite and she said that they are pretty light on theice anyway. I was satisfied with my order in the end but it was a very odd experience to be told no in such a combative way,over ice of all things. This McDonald?s always get Oder wrong or they don?t put what we paid for in the bag I?m just giving away free money I guess?.... And when I try to call someone picks up the phone that doesn?t speak English at all and they hang up because they don?tunderstand English I mean it is an American restaurant right? And when I ask for light sauces on a sandwich it ends up beingdrenched in sauce? is there not communication there with cook? I mean how hard is it to look at the screen and make sure what Ipaid for is in the bag?? The food is soggy and the lettuce is brown I take mayo off it?s still to much..
