Ordered lunch for my office staff, One of the burgers came without meat. I then called the store to complain. They did not... answer. I then called back again and someone picked the phone up and hung up. I then called back AGAIN... someone picked up thephone and just sat the phone down on the counter. I am sitting here listening to the employees talk, laugh, sing and have funbut they CAN NOT actually pick up and speak on the phone and discuss a matter. Nothing has changed so far. Depending on the time of day and the staff, the service is hit or miss. When I order I have to check... my order to ensure what I asked for is in the bag. And this can be annoying afterca long day. The staff at the window cansometimes be unapproachable and a times exhibit they'd had a long shift, which is understandable. However, I avoid complainingso that no one on the staff feels unappreciated. I mean, i get my food on a timely manner and no one drops my food on the floorand puts it in the bag. I actually seen this elsewhere, but there good here. I apologize for being so blunt, but sometimes Imay expect too much and the staff really makes an effort most of the time, at least 9 out of 10. I normally go through thedrive-thru and always say thank you to appreciate what they do. me feel uneasy because of their attitude and my previousexperiences going through the drive-thru. I've been coming here for years, and I think the customer service has improved, whichwhy I have given them one more star - just calling like I see it. There is a bright side; it's improved especially the nightcrew. I've had issues with them in the past, but the crews are providing better service and very friendly. Read more

I ordered a Ice French Vanilla Coffee they gave me a vanilla coffee, I ask one of the work if they can exchanges it but they... didn?t want to. I told one of them that the drink I order isn?t what I ask for. The work processes to say that there only useone type of coffee that they use. I know she didn?t wanted to exchange due to her lying saying there is one type of coffee. Allshe did is add more vanilla to the coffee. She was also start to talk to me with a very bad attitude at first when I started toorder and got worse when I ask for my coffee to be exchange for the coffee that I ask for.
