Called in an order and it didn't show up until an hour after they pushed the eta back. Once they got here they just left it... outside in the cold without any knock or notification, even though we discussed that they wouldn't just leave it. Read more

I am a customer that has been using you alls service for 20 plus years. My husband ordered 2 gyro platters and requested fries,... we were not aware that it came w chips due to use of a coupon. The manager or whoever commented under my husband's post aboutthe situation felt we didn't have the money. Mistakes happen and as a business we were not asking that your honor the fries.We have gotten food from you all using coupons as well as not using them. And he commented under a customers post stating youdidn't want to pay is assuming they didn't have money. With your lack of professionalism and courtesy you have lost long comingcustomers. Yes we are only 2 customers but we also have family and will encourage them to spend their hard earned money at anestablishment that will not be offended from a customer review and honor their opinions of what took place. You never know whatsomeone is going through in their personal lives and simple courtesy goes a long way. You never mentioned how to make thesituation better you just projected your own feelings under the previous review. We will use the establishments that still havethe thoughts that customers are always right as that is how your business can stay afloat. I have been doing business with Mr. Pepperoni for close to 15 years and I have never been disappointed, not once. Their food is... great tasting, freshly made with quality ingredients and surprisingly affordable The staff is helpful and friendly and mydelivery orders are always timely, accurate and quick. I don’t know how they manage this kind of consistency, but they do. The menu is extensive, pizza, hot and cold sandwiches, Italian and Greek dinners, salads, desserts and more! And all of it isgood! Prices are very reasonable and they offer tasty kids meals. And check out the coupons which offer some real budgetsaving deals. I have picked up large orders for parties at work, too. I have recommended Mr. Pepperoni to lots of friends andfamily and they always become regulars. We are lucky to have this take-out treasure in Herndon! Read more
Oh man, I just found this place... New York style pizza. But besides pizza, they have chicken wings, Gyros, salads, pastas,... hamburgers and more pizzas. They’ve been around since 1993 and their clientele has grown over the years. Everything is made onthe spot and from scratch. Great taste Great price Great customer service. Good for the whole family.
