Disgusting! If you value your health, do not eat here. I saw one of the pizza makers on his phone while making the pizza. No one... uses gloves, masks or hairnets. I?m sure they violate endless health and food handling codes. Their ?sanitation station? issimply a sign. Nothing sanitary or clean about this place! I still can?t believe that kid was on his phone texting while makingpizzas. I didn?t see anyone use hand sanitizer or wash hands. They just brush their hands against their shirts and move on tothe next unhealthy and disgusting pizza to probably food poison their customers. Read more
The hours are wrong. I ordered at 10:07pm. The lady over the phone told me it would be ready in 10 to 20min. I got there just... before 10:30 and the doors were locked and the lights were out. I called to find out what was up and the automated person saidthe store was closed. Meanwhile, it says that it's open until 11pm. Read more

We ordered pizza at 5pm and they told us it would be delivered in 20 minutes. After 6pm we decided to call to get a status... update. The man kept telling us it would be delivered and that it?s on its way. Around 745pm now, I call and a gentlemen (didn?tget his name) was the most rude customer service rep I?ve ever dealt with. He placed me on hold for 10 minutes. Then hung up onme. Then when I call back he says I need to handle this with door dash because this order was placed with them. He proceeds tohang up on me again. I call back upset and he says ?Buddy, you need to talk to door dash??. When I told him my aunt doesn?t havea door dash account and that we placed the order over the phone with your store he told me that when they are short on driversthey use door dash drivers and referred to it as my problem now. The most rude and unhelpful associate and this store was neverlike this. And to top it off, I call customer service and they locate our order and said it was created as a pick up order andit?s at the store ready for pick up?.unbelievable. I really love this place. However I waited 1 hour and 30 mins for a small pizza after being told it would be 45 mins. There was... only 1 person working the entire store and he was touching money and then cooking without washing his hands. Then I get a pizzathat looks like it was thrown together and burnt on the ends. Needs more help and better training. Read more
