The service and food were great! I had been wanting pizza hut for awhile and had been driving pass one in Aruba e eryday for a... week and kept mentioning wanting it and my husband promised to take me to a dine in one when we got back home, which he did andit was great! Still miss the buffet, but nice clean restaurant with a great service staff. Read more
Nasty taste of Detroit style pizza with too much tomato sauce drooling in all pieces, only 6 cut pieces for 18.97 !! Pizza Hut... app is misleading , shows different price but store charges a lot more than what app shows!! Herndon location is the worst, nothelpful , full of excuses, way too expensive for 6 nasty tasting pieces !! Dominos has better deals and prices , don?t wasteyour hard earned money at Pizza Hut and never use their app?.. misleading app!! Read more
today I had a bad experience, I got to order my pizza at 9:45, they told me that I couldn't eat in the dining room, because they... had already cleaned it and that Hispanic people like me, dirty a lot and that I couldn't eat inside the restaurant, I'm a superloyal customer to pizza hut, we order pizza every week, I never thought that this would happen to me in my favorite restaurant,if you have any questions you can watch the security video, and you can see more people in the dining room. The service has been horrible everytime I have been there. The lady manager has always been rude to us, while I see her being... very nice to some other customers. Seems race matters here. This time, we went there and ordered two pizzas for take out. Theplace was empty and we were told to wait. So we sat there in one of the booths. After some time, this lady came and told us wecan not sit there and that we need to go sit in the waiting bench. We asked does it matter as there are no customers for dininganyway. She was very rude and said we have to move. And then, nobody told us when the order was ready. We stood there at thecounter waiting. Enough is enough. This is our last visit. Read more
Annoyed. I paid about $35 to include a $7 tip and $4 delivery fee for a large pizza and 8 wings. I only tipped extra because... it?s snowomg outside and I felt bad for the driver. After opening the boxes I couldn?t be more disappointed. The wings weresupposed to be honey barbecue, they?re more the size of chicken nuggets from McDonald?s and they?re barely covered in sauce. Icalled immediately to share my concerns and was placed on a ten minute hold to which I decided the wait was no longer worth itand I would rather share my experience here so others can take note. Good ole Pizza Hut Dine in resto. Felling nostalgic when I got inside this place. One of the few left offering dine-in... option. Service was efficient with my carry-out on a busy football night. One of the late-night take-out or delivery optionsin the Herndon-Sterling VA area. Thanks for staying open late. Read more
