Horrible service & bad Food sat here and listened to my wife say clearly "sweet and sour shrimp" however they sent shrimp fried... rice. They don't know the difference between orange chicken and general TSO that or they just don't care about their customers.They refused to admit that they're wrong and even screamed at my wife when she got there to get a refund. I’ve been eating at this place for years and I only eat one dish the combination lo main. When I expressed to the owner that... the dish did not taste the same this time, the meat was extremely dry and tough to eat and the dish tasted plain with verylittle flavor. I got hung up on. When I called back the owner was extremely disrespectful, told me I can take my money and gosomewhere else. Read more

Sells 20oz soda on website, but it's a 16.9oz in reality. Peking duck was overcooked and like jerky (no hyperbole, it was... chewy), and the pancakes/crepes that duck normally come with were flour tortillas. The wonton soup and triple delight weredelicious, as was the general sou's chicken. Overall some good food, but the pricier items left some quality to be desired. Idon't recommend ordering via doordash. $50 for the half and full duck would have been a HUGE ripoff. Also, doordash prices seemto be 30-40% higher than their website's prices for every item. One of my favorite Chinese food places to order from on GrubHub. Never had any reason to complain. The food is always hot and... always taste fresh. The delivery guys are nice Even if they constantly forget my chopsticks. The one time that they forgot my 2L I simply called and they sent another delivery guy out with it problem solved. Read more
Ordered delivery via grubhub. Crispy Beef was soggy and one-note, Szechuan Green Beans tasted like burnt plastic, pork dumplings... were small, overcooked, and deep fried. Even the fortune cookies were stale and horrible. STAY AWAY! Bad enough I needed to warnothers. Read more
Decided to give this one a shot while I'm stuck here at work for the evening.. I ordered general tso chicken, house special lo... mein, and crab rangoon. Chicken was lacking in flavor and the texture was off.. Too much breading, meh quality chicken, didn'tkeep any of its crispness. Lo mein was nearly flavorless, and again the texture was off. The noodles were fine but the chickenand beef felt like gelatin in my mouth rather than beef or poultry. Crab rangoon was ok. Texture was spot on, but the flavorwasn't balanced correctly like the really good crab rangoons. Overall not satisfied at all, and only continuing to eat this mealbecause it's all I have with me and I paid for it. PS: if it counts for anything, the fortune cookie was very crispy and fairlytasty, and the fortune wasn't even vaguely insulting! Read more
First time trying this restaurant. We were not disappointed. Food was delivered fast, hot, just right in the spicy level and so... delicious. Our 2 go to Chinese places closed and we've tried a couple near us. Their food was not good and we thought wewouldn't find a new go to for Chinese. We have found it in Royal Golden! Read more
