I want to start off with saying that i barley ever write reviews especially bad ones but i?m truly dissatisfied and upset with... my occurrence today morning at this specific starbucks. I ordered my usual strawberry refresher with lemonade no ice with anextra cup of ice on the side. expecting what had i thought i had paid for and ordered, to my surprise when i get the the windowi see my full cup of ice on the side and my strawberry refresher half full. shocked i ask the barista why my cup was only halffull and he continues to say i?d have to pay extra if i want the cup of free ice on the side for them to fill up my beverage.not only did i pay $5 for my refresher but now i?m expected to pay extra for a cup of once again free ice? to not cause a hassleand commotion i continued to a just ask them to fill my cup and remove my cup of free ice. I will never return to this locationand i?m truly disappointed at such a big corporation allowing this kind of theft from a loyal customer. Read more

Store staff's were professional and courteous. Coffee was fresh. Bathroom was acceptable. Floor was clean but tables needed... cleaning. Tables and floors dirty and sticky everywhere and customer service nowhere to be found. The store wasn't too busy and two... staffs were just hanging around talking to each other when I was standing in front of the register ready to place an order. Noone came to take the order for a few minutes (they saw me for sure) until I asked if there's anyone taking orders. The guy whoI talked to said "ok, I can take the order" and asked what can he get me. Very disappointing experience at this store. Read more

5 months ago I went to this location for the first time, and I wrote a bad review as I wasn't satisfied with the service and the... cleanliness. Today I want to write a new one, as the place is a whole new experience!!! First of all I want to recognize thefantastic job the baristas do, I even ask them for recommendations and they are always so well predisposed helping me tryingdifferent drinks and meals. I didn't even know Starbucks have options for grabbing a bite one you want something fast anddelicious! I want to thank specially to Sean (he is usually at the drive thru during the evening shift) and to Jorge, one of themanagers as they always receive me with a smile, and they are very willing to solve any inconvenience in case something gowrong. Plus the store changed the aspect so much in general, now is always clean and nitty (regarding how I like things to bedone, of course); they do work in a very efficient way, fast but cordial at the same time. So now I highly recommend andencourage everybody that have access to visit this location to do it!!! Read more
