So we r in town for political movements and go to get coffee and there are 2 workers sitting there talking and drinking coffee... with a "on break back in 15min" sign on the check stand. Handwritten. So, we shop and don't find anything and come back in 10min. They watch us, laugh and continue to talk. Needless to say we left, gave our business to someone else and won't be back. Read more
Was there at 6:30am Wed - signs says open 6am -8pm Mon - Fri. No-one serving. Notice says: On a break, be back momentarily -... waited for 15 min, then a Safeway employee says that they are not open yet and that the Starbucks staff come in late. BAD/falseadvertising?? Read more
I only ordered 2 or 3 times in this location when I was grocery shopping. Baristas at this location never gave me a full cup.... Sometimes 80% full, 70% full, some times only half full, but never a 100% full cup. Would a customer be happy with only a halfcup when paying more than $6 for a coffee? This was by far the worst Starbucks experience I?ve encountered. Read more
Nice place within Safeway. They have all the popular drinks and no rush. You can sit and enjoy your drink on a nice day, inside... or outside. Generally, I have not seen any coupons for Starbucks, but with Safeway rewards, you get coupons on the drinks andother merchandise. That is super cool. Read more
This is a quaint little Starbucks inside Safeway on Elden Street in Herndon. Basically as soon as you walk in the Safeway, the... Starbucks is right there on the side. It's not large, but it has everything you need. The staff is friendly and your beverageis usually ready super quickly. Everything tastes great, like at any other Starbucks. The only reason this place isn't 5stars, is because it really doesn't have much seating if you want to stay there and enjoy your drink. Obviously this is due tothe location, so it is what it is. Either way, if you're shopping at Safeway or even just want to go inside Safeway for a quickcoffee at Starbucks, this is a great location. Read more
Friendly staff but it?s in a Safeway so don?t expect the full set of Starbucks offerings. They don?t have an oven, so no warm... sandwiches or anything else that needs heated and other selections are limited. Read more
