They left out a whole chalupa out of my order. When I come back through the drive thru, the older brown arrogant gentleman was... being rude and showing me attitude. Maybe if you didn?t mess up my order my first time I wouldn?t be coming around a secondtime. Regular Taco Bell. Drive thru after arriving at the Dulles airport past midnight. The restaurant was closed for walkin but open... for drive thru. Quick service and correct order. I actually liked the fiesta burrito. Hadn't been to a taco bell in years. Read more
Tried to eat in in the evening and they had locked their doors. Tried to do drive thru but when I went past the mic and said I... was willing to wait/drive back around to pickup order they refused to even take my order. Have eaten here several times. Food has been what I expected. Not been inside to eat due to covid (or laziness), only drive... thru. It's relatively fast. As with other chain restaurants, if you want that same taste all over America, this taco bell willdo you right. Read more
Came to the restaurant at 9:55 pm. They stated the lobby closes at 10:00pm. A guy was allowed to dine in after 10:00 pm. I asked... if I could sit in the same area as that guy. That employee told me the dining room was closed. I couldn't understand why someoneelse was allowed to do so. I have my beliefs however. The funny thing is the same employee that told me the dining room wasclosed let a lady in the front door after ten. Ordered online. Went in and confirmed my order. They had my name and I got my cup. Unbeknownst to me, while I'm standing at... the mobile order window they put my food on a shelf and left it. I waited 20 minutes. It was Halloween I figured they werebusy. Nope, they just let me stand there and wait while my food got cold. When i asked if there was a problem they saidthey had my order sitting there the whole time and then they handed me a bag of soggy tacos.
