The vada pav was horrible, the coating was too thick fried multiple times. The bread was drenched in butter which made the whole... thing extremely greasy. I'm used to the vada pav not being like the real mumbai vada pav but this one was just not good foodquality and made me sick. Read more
This place showcases how food can be not served to a person. Every dish I go back to them for has been destroyed at new levels.... Yes this is yellow haldi cream with kofta and paneer. Never ordering food again from here. I ordered this food at night and got missing naan the food was cold. The quantity is so... less and the location was just 5 mints but don’t know why the food was cold. But disappointed me may be because of uber itarrived late not sure but the naan was missing. The paneer is 18.00 but didn’t tasted like the quantity you can see! badexperience! May be they were in rush but still should be responsible to pay attention on written instructions. Read more
If you are sane, you would not eat or order here. I ordered a tandoori fish and navratan khorma. Tandoori fish was raw inside... and burnt outside whereas navratan khorma was stale smelling bad. I dont think they even deserve a one star. Read more
IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ORDER A CAKE, MY SINCERE ADVICE, AVOID THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOUR SPECIAL DAY!!! I usually don’t write... reviews, but I felt that I need to write this so that others will not be affected like me. I ordered a chocolate cake (eggless)for my son’s birthday and I was told it will be the same as I tasted a piece( yes I bought a piece for $6 and tasted). Firstwhen I asked for the design, Sam the person to whom I spoke with in Herndon said yes, any design is possible. Later he backedout saying, I have to call their Ashburn branch and they said not possible for any designs. Since I was out of time, I consoledmyself and ordered a simple chocolate cake. The delivery was another disaster, but the major one was the cake. When My son cutthe cake, all I saw was chocolate cream and a very thin soggy layer of sponge. WORST WORST SERVICE AND CAKE. I got their Thursday lunch special, which was chicken tikka masala, chana masala, rice, and naan for $9.99. It was yummy. It was... heavy on the rice though. There were only 4 chunks of chicken. But with the chana masala and naan, I guess it's an ok deal. Itmay be the cheapest in the area. I also tried their chicken hoagie roll for $7.99. It was good. Pav bhaji looks like just tomatoes, no potatoes or any other veggie you can taste. Tomatoes also seem like canned tomatoes.... Filled with oil. It tasted like i’m eating oily tomato gravy. I gave them a specific instruction, not to toast my pav withbutter or oil. It still came as default drenched with butter. It was a complete waste, couldn’t eat more than a bite. Read more
This place used to be our favourite. All of the food items including chaat, biryani etc were insanly good specially the panner... tikka biryani( one of the best in the town) But now the management has changed. And the food now is so normal and the taste isjust like any other small restaurants around. No idea on why places change management and deteriorate quality specially whenexisting place was so good. Tawa fry Ashburn is heavens now when compared to herndon. Read more
