Good. Comparable to Dairy Queen... I guess. Only had ice cream, which was fine for soft serve. Staff was nice enough.
I came here with my family at 6:00 p.m. on a Sunday, and clearly on the door it states that they close at 9:00. Additionally it... said that the lobby closes an hour before the drive-thru so I was anticipating the lobby closing at 8:00. The entire place waslocked and we saw the kids working up front and they were not letting us in. We went over to the drive-thru and when we asked ifthe lobby was open they said sorry we're under staffed tonight. So being understaffed means that you can't use the lobby for theone family that's here? It was a ghost town and we will be the only family in there... So we had to tell her kids that theycouldn't play at the play place when they were still clearly 2 hours for them too. I want to be sympathetic to them beingunderstaffed but at least post a sign or let us know... Don't just lock us out and pretend like you can't let us in. We clearlysaw plenty of people in there and believe you me I would have helped you bust the table if that meant we could go inthere. Really disappointed with the god-awful service. Normally the ice cream is really good but I can't support a place thatis not accommodating to families. Read more
I think their food is terrible, however they have the best ice cream, fantastic customer service, amazing fry sauce, and great... chicken tenders. Read more
Depends on who?s working? some are very professional and friendly? never miss anything in the order. Then others just don?t give... a sh&$. You wouldn?t think forgetting to put fry sauce in the bag would be a thing but I get maybe 1 out of 4 times that theyremember it. Read more

came into the store and there was no line and only three cars in the drive through and was still really slow. when i asked for... it to stay they still packed it up. also ask for extra sauces! they?re food is still okay. Read more
Service was good friendly and fast. French fries were hot and fresh. My burst cone was yummy
