Really hoping this place was similar to Ichiban, so we gave it a try. There were no other customers, so the atmosphere was... relaxed and friendly. The service was prompt without being intrusive. However, the food was really sad. The ice water had ahorrible chemical taste, the raw fish was very low quality, grainy and full of tendons. The rice was old and chewy, and thesweet and sour chicken was overcooked and soggy. Not the type of place to draw in repeat customers. I hope their qualityimproves soon. Read more

The best sushi I had in a while , and I did have a lot of sushi in different places. Sad is so far from home. Definitely a place... where you should return. We had Philly, rainbow and butterfly roll. Read more

We?ve been here twice now. Once for some classic Chinese take out and then back for dine in sushi. Both experiences were great... and we will be back again many times. Glad to have a good Asian restaurant in Herriman! Read more

I have had better grocery store sushi. Even with 50% off the rolls I didn't feel like it was worth the money. The fish didn't... taste very fresh. The flavors were very mild, the rice was overcooked on one of the rolls and several pieces fell apart frombeing poorly rolled. They have only been open for 4 days and seemed a bit overwhelmed. I hope they can correct these issues inthe future because it would be nice to have an affordable sushi spot in this corner of the valley. Read more
