The customer service at this location is really great! Zack has a great attitude and knows how to talk to customers. I watched... him greet a customer that seemed like they were having a bad day and by the time they left the shop they were smiling andlaughing. Good job, Zack. Boy oh boy where do I even start. Through and through my Jersey mikes experience was nothing short of greatness. I have been to... tens if not hundreds of sandwich shops and this particular store was the most elite level of customer service and craftsmanshipthat I have ever seen. Hats off to Ruger for making my dinner experience far above that of other chains that I?ve been to. Theingredients were fresh and the meat was sliced right in front of my own eyes. My experience was top notch at this fine sandwich establishment. Me (being somewhat of a sandwich connoisseur) was delighted... when Ruger helped me craft a beautiful masterpiece of a sandwich that was both delicious and affordable. I was super pumped to go grab a sandwich after working out. Ordered buffalo chicken. Heads up- you need to tell them exactly... what you?d like on it. They don?t ask, they don?t make it in front of you. Chicken is not real chicken. While making, the blondelong haired girl fixed her hair with gloves on, went back to making a sandwich. No change of gloves. Also while waiting, theyare loudly complaining that ?buffalo chicken is the worst sandwich to make.? All 3 of them complaining. Gentleman with dark wavyhair and lady with pink hair. I get home and it?s not edible, I cannot take anything off of the soggy sandwich. I go back in.They blame me for not telling them exactly what I want. This is my first visit to this store. How would I know? Another lady inline says ?oh, you don?t make it in front of me? Then I don?t want X and X? Someone else walks in with an order pick up. Zeroaccountability and says, ?you?re early, it?ll be out soon? I love the food. The sandwiches are amazing and I give the food 5 stars. The service at this location is awful. My online order... is never ready on time(usually 15 -20 min after the app said it should be ready), the staff stand around like the are lost whenthere are many customers in line waiting for online and in store orders. The owner needs to send his/her staff to anotherlocation to properly train for a busy location. I know this is a new location but they should have their act together by now.The wait is far to long. The new Herriman location is fantastic?they?re doing a great job! The store was busy when we visited, but they were hustling,... and still super friendly. I?ve been to this location quite a bit and honestly not sure what the less than 5 star ratings are about. The food is... consistently good and the staff is always super friendly. Running a fast food business has to be hard, but they seem to have itfigured out. I?m sure they have bad days like we all do, but this location is great. Keep up the great work and the great subs!
