This location has paper closed signs constantly in the drive through, but then I can see multiple employees inside. This has... happened multiple times just in the last 2 weeks and I have seen this also over the last atleast 6 months. Seems like employeescould be taking advantage of a management not being present. Perhaps the store is fine, maybe the food, but the lobby is closed. There are NO SIGNS indicating the lobby is closed for dine... in OR delivery pickup. I am trying to pick up an order and had to get in line, wait for the line to move, picked up the order,had to get back in line to get the drink she forgot. I'm now 10 minutes at this location for a pick up order. Do better. Postsigns. If you cannot bring orders out to delivery drivers, stop accepting delivery orders until you can. Read more

Waited at the drive through for ten minutes, no one answered the phone. I finally went inside and there was no one at the... counter. After a few minutes of calling out an employee angrily told me that they weren?t open yet (Why would the door be openif they weren?t open?). Several customers were waiting in the drive through and coming into the store at this point. Openinghours said 10:30am, and it was 11:40am when I tried ordering. I also find it annoying that the lobby has yet to open. Thislocation needs better management and staff. Read more

I felt like trying the KFC version of the spicy chicken sandwich, so on the way out of town we stopped at the Herriman store.... When we ordered, they said it would be 7 minutes. We were fine with the short wait. After 15 minutes, my wife went it to see ifit was sitting there, but they said another 4 minutes. Finally after 22 minutes, they brought my order out. I started eating thechicken sandwich and bit into a raw center shown in the picture. I'll continue to go to Popeyes. Read more

I have yet to have a good experience at this place. If you order online, they will not give you your order in the drive thru.... You are required to park and go inside where your order is sitting on a shelf. This is even post-Covid. My last order was so oldand burned, it was barely edible. I was afraid to send it back since none of the staff seem to care much about anything. Read more

For the last year plus they have had signs like this on the drive thru. Sometimes its says only open for dinner. Should probably... fix the problem. Also why is the lobby still closed? But other then that the food is good Read more

From the reviews it seems pretty consistent that they have no food ready for customers. I too was asked to wait 15 minutes for... the food to be ready. Unfortunately they got one of my two orders wrong even though the drive thru person asked to clarify thesides when I was paying. But worst of all.... THERE WAS AN OLD RECEIPT BETWEEN THE CHICKEN IN THE BUCKET!!! I was so grossedout.. What else could be going on in the kitchen if their bucket had trash in it?? Worst kfc experience. Read more

We had the worst experience we've ever had at a KFC, ordered 2 meals. Asked to wait for 20 minutes. Okay that's fine. No... problem. I understand. And we'll comp your drink! Great free soda. First mistake. So I drank some of the Mountain Dew. Now Iunderstand that Mountain Dew is basically lime sugar water. It's bad at the best of times. But this was basically lime flavoredwater like bad lime preservative instead of fresh lime... Watered down. Gross. Great. I'll ask for another, with syrup thistime. Second mistake. Think the guy I asked just wanted to be spiteful, came back with another watered down soda, just withless ice this time. Maybe they are saving money by using less syrup, but I think it's more likely they don't know how to changethe syrup boxes. Took the meals home... That was my third mistake. They included the wrong sides for the meals. We didn't getour fries. Got some extra mashed potatoes. Great. Was the best part of the meal. The chicken breasts in the buckets were likeif you took a raw breast, cut off the meaty part and threw it in the garbage, and breaded and fried the thin remains for a bittoo long. Dry breasts. However the other pieces seemed undercooked, not raw, but too greasy for my mother-in-law. Because itsmy fault the KFC can't fry to a consistent temp. Guys you have timers and a standard process. I simply dont understand how thathappens. You had 20 minutes to cook this, I was sitting there patiently waiting outside. The biscuits? Raw. Doughy andUnseasoned. The Cole slaw? Warm and damp. Just gross salad bits to go with the rest of the mess. To top it all off there wasan old receipt for someone else's meal in the bottom of one of the chicken buckets. Why was that in there? I didn't even care atthis point. It was just so stupid I had to include it in my novel of a review. This was a sad experience. I find myself grossedout, disappointed, and just throughly confident I will never return to this particular KFC. Do your Read more
