If you've been to a bertos or betos you kind of know what to expect. The food is a dice roll. The salsa is either excellent or... watered down into oblivion... And the drinks are an equivalent gamble... However, for the price and the speed you can't reallyfind a better option out there. Was a customer here, not anymore. I went there and asked them for a carne asada with fries burrito with no guacamole no beans.... They repeat it back I said yes that?s correct I got to window and she repeats the order again I said yes that is correct. I takemy meal home and bite into it completely covered in guacamole. I asked for no guacamole because it makes me sick. I called intothe restaurant to explain the issue that I had and she asked me to come back with the burrito so they can give me a new one. Iexplained I?d rather not drive back to the restaurant as I just got home and asked if there is another solution for the issueshe told me no there?s nothing they can do to help me. I?m pregnant and come here all the time for their rolled tacos. I?ve never had any issues until today when they had this weird... sharp crunch. It looked to be tiny black rock pebbles or something of that sort. Lost my appetite and it just ruined my wholecraving for them. Read more
Tried a breakfast burrito and a couple enchiladas here recently. It was a pretty average experience for an expensive Mexican... joint. Service was fast, food was good but nothing to write about, and the price was fair. Overall would stop in again if Ineed a breakfast burrito in the area, but it wasn't an experience that blew my mind. Read more
The food was very tasty until we found AN INSECT! A WARM!!!! Really! A good place should be liable for the food it sells!
