This store is a mess. They are either taking 30 minutes to get an order out when it’s not busy, they are forgetting things, or... today, I get home and my fries are damn near empty. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, but this store needs someserious help. Read more

We love Wendy's but this Herriman store is horrible. Between the 2 Door Dash orders to my daughter and 3 of mine, all 5 have... been wrong and/or missing items. Tonight I ordered Large Chili no cheese, Large Frosty and Bacon & cheese baked potato. I gotsmall fries and small cold chili covered in cheese. This is ridiculously egregious. Will never ever go here again. When I first moved out here to Herriman it was good. Now it's taste old dry and not anything like... it use to. What is going on with the fast food places and it's just like they don't care anymore. The fries where at least overfilling not just to the half way mark. I find it very frustrating cause I know I'm paying more. They forget stuff. Not reallyholding that against them cause I should have checked that's just what u do when u eat out these days. Read more

This place seems to always have issues the the place either can only take cash or they will not answer the box. I would love to... go to another burger place that's open late other than McDonald's. You guys either need to close down or get betteremployees. They always have an excuse to why they serve you. You guys close at midnight, you should be be serving till at least11:50. Read more
