I use to come here all the time then everytime I came in my orders got messed up and I'd be so mad about it.now working in a... restaurant myself I can see why but still no reason for it. So I quit going Marion store was worse. But today it was greateverything was done and the order was the way it was ordered, employee's where quick curtious and polite. Great job guys. Read more

My aunt and I stopped in for dinner, there wasn't a line so we was first at cash register. Only took about 5 minutes for our... food to be brought to the table. It was hot and tasted very good. Only the original chicken was just as hard and crunchy as thecrispy. It don't matter if you order crispy or original it's still all crunchy. I did not like this about my original chicken. Read more
They hired my son knowing that he has to be gone two complete weekends a month visiting his mother per a court order.... Immediately, they started making requests of him on weekends. Can you come in on Sunday, etc? Right away. My son is 16 & feltintimidated. They started scheduling him on weekends, when they weren?t supposed to. They said he agreed to it but I don?tbelieve it and feel like they shouldn?t have asked to begin with. I told the Manager that she sounds grown enough to know thatvisitation weekends begin Friday evening and go through Sunday evenings. Family comes first in our home. With planning andorganization, we were willing to let our son work two weekends a month. What has society come to?! Shame on the Herrin KFC. Read more
I love the people that work there. There is a young gentleman that almost always waitress on. I will have to get his name again.... He's is always in a good mood, smile on his face and always more than helpful. I tease him that he must have a cot in the backto take quick naps ????.
