Went for lunch, quiet, nice waiter. Learned swordfish isn't my thing lol
My husband and I celebrated my birthday at Mary's. We were both very impressed. Everything was perfect! The host gave us a... warm, friendly greeting and seated us right away. The ambiance was great and we loved the decor. Our server was amazing! Wedidn't wait for anything but our appetizer, salads, entrees, and desserts were all served to us at a much more leisurely pacethan other restaurants. We didn't feel rushed at all to hurry up and eat so they could clear the table and move the next partyin. We were able to thoroughly enjoy our meal. It was wonderful!! And the food, OMG!! The shrimp and lobster were mostdefinitely fresh, never frozen. The steak knives they gave us weren't necessary. The steaks were so juicy and tender you couldcut them with a butter knife and they melted in our mouths. It was all deliciously seasoned and cooked to perfection! Outstanding service, atmosphere, and food. My wife got the swordfish with jalapeño and pineapple. I got the molasses and... espresso steak. Great food and great atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their menu and wine. I treated my wife and... daughter here on Valentine's Day and they loved it. The cost for dinner for three was $220 plus a tip. Some may not like thehigher prices but I feel it was worth the quality of food and hospitality. We will definitely return soon. Read more
My wife had a Woman's Club she's a member of over for dinner and since by definition males aren't welcome in the group (how... progressive) I took myself out for a fancy meal. Mary's fit the bill - Crab cakes and smoked salmon appetizer- yes 2 apps -Swordfish for a main course with asparagus, chocolate something for dessert , after dinner coffee and a couple of wonderfulwhite wines - all of which were very good. It's a bit pricey but worth it as a treat once in a while. Also a guy that lookedlike Col Sanders was there. Read more
Wonderful experience. Very very slow paced & there is no menu the server tells you all the options from appetizers to desserts.... Had the most delicious peach daiquiri made with local peaches. The warm croissant with the entree was also a really nice touch.Expensive but worth every penny! Read more
