This Sonic is good. I do love that I can get 1 price drinks anytime when I use the Sonic app. A really surprising thing is my ... Chorkie pup can even get a pup cup with a little treat for her too. The only thing that I do not like is sometimes some of theitems are not on the app. For instance when the double patty melt came out the app kept saying it was not available at mylocation when it was. Went through sonic tonight and placed a order. The girl taking our order was extremely rude. I asked for an item on the menu and... she was like " we don't have that." ..I said OK and her attitude came out. " So what can I do for you?" I said I'm sorry I haveto look since I didn't know you didn't have the item. She immediately disconnected. I got the button again. This time adifferent girl came on who was really polite and apologized for what happened. I asked to speak to the manager. The one whocame out was the ride one I spoke to that was rude. I tried to explain to her that that was rude and she said "well we have aright to not have items and you were rude." I asked to speak to her manager. She said I can call 1800 HR. She refused toprovide info. We will not ever go back here. This girl had a attitude on her shoulders and does not need to be a manager. Read more
