This is a rating for this day only. I was picking up an order for someone. I was informed the order was ready. Subway was... informed we arrived. After 10 minutes I went inside. The order was nowhere to be seen. Subway employees informed me some jerkknew the name/initial on the order and walked out with the food. They stole a foot long, 3, 6" subs and the chips if they werebagged. I had to wait for them to make the subs again. The employees were very busy but they managed to get them done at areasonable pace. They offered me a free drink and chips for the hassle. For Subway, in general, you need a new system for theorders on the rack. Employees can't always check if they're making someone's food and this location is always freaky busy. Howabout a celled locker/code. Other places have them. Read more
Jessica and Mary were wonderful! We had stopped coming to this store for a while due to employees and quality of the store. My... husband and I went back today for lunch and the store has completely changed. Mary and Jessica are very professional and notonce did we feel rushed. The quality was very good, as well as the customer service. The store is under new management with newemployees, and it?s better than ever! Read more
First time for Subway this year, and I didnt remember it tasting that good.
Tried to place a pickup order almost 4 hours before they close. Apparently they don't restock anything after running out the... first time during the day. No chocolate chip cookies, no meatballs, no pizza sauce. Why stay open if you don't restock? Read more
This place would get no stars if it were possible. I was in here today at 9AM and my sandwich was already made ready to check... out and someone else comes in and I have to wait for her to finish making the other customers sandwich before I can pay andleave. Normally have good service at this location.. my pegnant Girlfriend went into subway after our trip to the vet. Guess the worker... was having a bad day or something, got an attitude when my girlfriend asked for guacamole, and literally covered her entiresandwich in mayo... Like the bottom, everything and half the veggies are falling out.... Not sure if the worker was having a badday or on something, but I won't be back for awhile. Read more
