Window person was rude. The French Fries was mixed with day old french fries. They need to clean out their french fries baskets.... And sandwich was so cold the cheese wasn't melted. Will not be back. Lousy service and food. Read more

If I could give a half a star I would. I went there and order 4 jr bacon cheeseburgers, a crispy chicken sandwich, and 2 small... chilis. They said we had to wait for them to cook bacon and we said ok. We get to the window and pay and the guys tells us itwill take 30 minutes for the bacon so I asked for my money back. He goes and get the manager. The manager come to the window andhe said it would take 16 minutes for the bacon. We said that's fine. Manager tells us to pull up and shows us where to park andwe did. He said they would bring the food out to us when ready. So 30 minutes later still no food. My husband goes in and therewas a different manager working. She says that the original manager that told us to park, told them we drove off. My husband gotupset and they just gave the money back. He come back out and i went in. A girl admitted to me that they forgot about us and themanager heard her and tried saying she was lying that they were told we drove off. Then the manager proceeds to say I gave themoney back so what's the problem. I said I didnt wait for 40 minutes outside to go home with no food. I want my food. Themanager was rude and said I was threatening her when I didnt. Needles to say an hour after I first arrived at Wendy's I finallygot my food. Never again will I go there and I'm definitely calling corporate. Read more
Poor service, mediocre food, and high prices. Will be looking for another option in Herrin. Reported problem to "talk to... Wendy's". Turns out that Wendy does not want to talk to people about her poor customer service. What a shame because I reallylike the baconator but not enough to put up with poor, slow, no one was in the kitchen for 10 minutes, service. Read more
This place was great when it first opened. 5/15/22 Between 3:00 and 3:30PM We went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 singles... and a small #1 with cherry coke. I started eating right from the bag as we pulled away so it was supposedly cooked fresh. Myburger was dehydrated and split in half lengthwise. My fries were inedible. They were dark, dehydrated and stale. This is theabsolute worst experience I've had of Wendy's, ever. I wasn't waiting in line again and I have no patience dealing with peoplewho put my meal together. I'm extremely disappointed. Wendy's is iconic for burgers and fries. This meal is an embarrassment. Never do they ever have baked potatoes. It doesn't matter what time I go through their drive thru they do not have baked... potatoes available. If I order on the app and try to pick up, it us a 15 to 20 min wait because they need to cook the bakedpotato. I emailed the corporate chain and had no response. There is never a reason given, such as broken equipment or low stockof produce. At this point its like a big joke. Also, the French fries at this location are never fresh. By the time I reach myhome, about six blocks away, they are cold and chewy. I was so excited for our town to get a Wendy's and it has been nothing buta disappointment for the last 2 years. Read more
