BY FAR THE MOST GROSS CHIPOTLE I have ever eaten at! Besides undercooked rice and warm soda (no ice was available at first.... Multiple people had to ask) this was the DIRTIEST CHIPOTLE I have ever visited. Overflowing trash cans. Broken seats. Uncleantables and floors. The food tastes great, but portions are often not enough. Also, 9/10 times I go, my food is late by 15-20 minutes at LEAST. This... happens on a very consistent basis. They need to figure out how to accurately put times on the app. Read more
They ripped me off. I paid for extra food and never received it. When confronting Marlon (the manager) about the issue, he gave... me a spoof number to call and would not remedy the problem. When on chipotles website to report the encounter, it would notallow a complaint to submit. 9-16-22, order number MG6-EA9. Time 2045. I thought better of you Apple Realty. I guess it is justa cash cow you need no effort into. This business literally stole my money and laughed about it. Please Derry Township residentsand guests. Do not support this place. The staff was amazing. A group was in line ahead of us, and two ladies were ordering for 10+ children, which held up the rest of... the customers. They continuously changed their orders as the food ran out (because they were ordering for a large group.. ofcourse the food will run out). The staff kept calm through the whole situation dealing with this incredibly rude anddisrespectful group, who asked for a full refund on their $200 bill, when they were the problem holding up everyone else. Thetrash was overflowing, again, because of how busy they were. This was right before a Lady GaGa concert started. I think thestaff did a wonderful job that they do not get enough credit for. Our food was great. By the time we got to order, they alreadyhad restocked on steak and chicken. The staff was extremely friendly to us even though you could tell how overwhelmed they were.They apologized for the wait. No complaints whatsoever with this place other than the audacity of society to be so selfconceived and unaware of others. Read more
There are probably many reasons why the service was so poor at this place, but I am not sure any of them excuse having... undercooked food and a dirty restaurant. We literally had to clean (wipe down) our own tables, and bag our own trash. Althoughthe food was served within a reasonable time, it was warm, undercooked, and most main ingredients were out of stock. We had kidswith us, and all of the meat was spicy. When we asked about it, we were told "we should expect to get spicy food when coming toa Mexican restaurant." My kids eat at (other) Chipotles fairly regularly, and we have never had an issue like that. I wouldrather wait longer for properly prepared food. To top it off, the staff was rude, dismissive, and totally non-apologetic.Finally, the staff put up a sign which read that they would only accept online orders. I felt bad for the people that didn?t seethe sign and waited in line, only to be turned away. Won't be returning. Read more
Went over on 5/17 around 7:20pm ordered 3 take out bowls only one bowl was acceptable. I ordered a Barbacoa with steak white... rice pinto sour mild guac lettece cheese and I got whaite rice barbacoa 3 pieces of steak and dry beens. Another orther was awhite rice bowl with carnitas and the carnitas were dry looked like they been sitting for hrs. Dirty restaurant. This Chipotleuse to be a 10 now its a -10. Very disappointed ???? I don't go to this store anymore. It's a joke. Management isn't managing. Their prices were raised again. My orders haven't been... making it to the app pickup on time (strictly dinner time orders). I came out one night to find a car wrapped in seran wrap!!!Worth the drive a few miles up the road to Hummelstown for better quality and service. Read more
Double steak bowl literally 1/3 of normal chipotle bowl. Rice was hard steak was not seasoned.
