i?m in line rn. i?ve been waiting for 30 mins just to get a dang burrito. workers are standing around doing nothing, scooping... the protein in one by one in the slowest way possible, and staring at the cheese and lettuce making sure it doesn?t run away.thank you for that i guess cheese sergeant. line is HUGE and the workers are not being supervised by any adult or motivatedworker. pathetic?find better workers Read more
Ive been to many Moe's....this one was just plain awful! This is not a rating due to price or the limited menu...but the... service and quality of the food! Chicken that could not even be chewed combined with service staff showing zero urgency(despite a massive line). Gets a one star for me. Get your taco, burrito or whatever made to order right in front of you. I got steak tacos with mushrooms and it tasted like a... grilled soft shell dream. I have been to places with Taco right in the title, and they are okay for a fast grab for food. If youwant to get a tortilla filled something that is a big step ahead of an ordinary drive through late at night. This is yourplace. Read more
Slowest most unmotivated staff I've seen at Hershey. Allowed themselves to completely run out of rice (pretty critical for most... Moe's orders) on both halves of restaurant taking 15 minutes to heat new rice up. No one was the least bit concerned oreliciting of sympathy in any way for my wife 2 year old and I who waited 30 minutes to get to counter to order in the firstplace. Understand they get slammed but the lack of any urgency is incredible. Read more
This is sort of Moe's-lite - they don't have quesadillas or stacks, and they don't have all the toppings, but there's still a... good amount of options and it's the same taste as a regular Moe's. The people working were friendly enough and the line movedrelatively fast. Read more
Good food, very expensive even for a restaurant inside of Hersheypark
Usually busy. I have gotten the nachos and the bowl. Good flavors. One of the best places to hit up on the meal plan
We waited in line for almost 90 minutes it was the slowest service I've ever seen in my life. They had at least four employees... just leaning against the soda machine not working despite the line literally not moving. Whoever the manager is here take ahike. Read more
