Ordered caramel macchiato. It may have been good. Idk. Always like just a pinch of cream added which I do myself so not too... much. They ran out, and attendent offered to pour some from behind the counter. I said ok but only a tiny amount. She proceededto slosh about a third of a cup of cream - overflowed my cup. She did apologize but did not offer to correct the drink afterruining. I sipped some (to get below top) and got hubby (who had just straight coffee) to then share a bit of his coffee intomine. This location is in main lobby of Hershey medical. Extremely busy at times. Typical Starbucks menu. My go to is caramel latte... and spinach, feta, and egg white wrap. The wrap is warm and awesome plus better calorie option. My quest had the caramel latteand egg,bacon, cheddar breakfast sandwich which was awesome. Appreciate the workers even through the staff shortages theyremain patience with long lines. Not the cheapest Breakfast option. The breakfast sandwiches are pricey. I was at Starbucks Hershey Penn State Med Center. I will NEVER go back. Manager was ignorant. Made a comment ? I hope you... don?t think your getting your drinks for free? bc my card was not working. I work there and NEVER will go back . He shouldn?tbe working with the public. Read more
Unbelievably bad service. I asked for no foam and when questioned the girl gave the worst attitude. Of all places to encounter a... snotty, poor attitude at a hospital? Will never go back. Read more
Went to this Starbucks while waiting for my spouse to get out of surgery. This Starbucks provided excellent service, very quick,... and efficient. We had to stand 6 ft apart and wear masks. This Starbucks also provides pay by the app which is great. Read more
i called there for extra reassurance because i suffer from severe ocd and anxiety and one of the workers was extremely rude to... me and made me feel awful for asking them if i got what i ordered. i only called because i don?t order it myself because icannot leave my room, so my anxiety gets really high because i cannot do it on my own. the workers are serving us they shouldn?ttry and make the customers feel bad especially when they?re being nice. will never eat here or order anything here again Read more
We got a vanilla latte and it was so weak. Definitely the worst coffee we ever had from Starbucks. On top of that, 2 employees... stood around and talked while one girl made all the drinks. I don't recommend this location, but I do love Starbucks as abrand. Read more
Anyone complaining about slow service should understand this skeleton crew gets slammed every morning. They're out of sandwiches... by 11, are working to understand the new app system, and are trying their best to serve a large portion of hospital staff andpatients. Every time I go, they're friendly and will joke around and have even helped me make custom drinks when I told themwhat I'm craving. If you treat them like humans, I'm sure you'll find they're more willing to work with your complaints. Read more
