Confession I ate here even though I'm not a Hershey bears fan. It seemed like the cheapest option while attending a conference... at the lodge. ???? Lunch was good, but overpriced for what you got. Our waitress was slow and seemed overwhelmed, wouldn?t go back.
Not allergy friendly, rude server, terrible food. Specifically stopped to this restaurant because of the Hockey theme. I... am severely allergic to shellfish . I carry an epi pen with me at all times. I asked the server if there was a designatedseafood only fryer. I wanted to order fries but, noticed there was fried shrimp on the menu. I wanted to prevent crosscontamination because even having my fries cooked in the same fryer will send me into anaphylactic shock. The server proceedsto tell me how to should have asked her the question and that i should not be eating any kind of seafood. Well as you canimagine this discussion didn?t go well. It all continued to get worse from there. I?m guessing the server (Kimberly Z) wasannoyed by my question. We arrived when they opened at noon so this was the beginning of her shift. She continued to be rude,telling my friend she better move her glass unless she wanted her meal in her lap. Can you imagine? I?ve been a severe beforeand I would never say such a thing. The whole experience was awful. It was unfortunate, because my friends teenage daughter wassuper excited to eat at this restaurant. An email was sent to the restaurant without any response. Very sad. Food wasn't great, but not terrible either. We we seated in a small room off to the side with a large party who were really... loud. Probably not a good idea to put big groups who are yelling down to the other end of their table in such a small room witha couple other smaller tables. My family left as soon as we were done eating to get out of there while I waited for the bill. We tried to come back for breakfast, but was told a 30-45 minute wait for the buffet even though there were plenty of opentables. Maybe they were reserved, but we ended up going elsewhere for breakfast. Read more

Very fun Atmosphere. The wait on a Friday night was about 15 minutes and there was a small arcade room to occupy the kids while... you wait for your table. The service was quick and the food was good. Perfect place for families with young kids and teens. Read more
Unorganized and terribly managed! The place wasn?t busy at 10pm. There were plenty of servers around. Not a single person... acknowledged me and 2 other customers waiting near the bar to place to-go orders?..a few of the servers almost bumped into us!The bartenders that supposedly were to take the to-go orders could not care less. They just ignored the standing customers. Ifinally had to leave as I just felt ridiculous to just stand there. Read more
