Wonderful dining experience in a world class hotel. The ambience and view was inviting and subdued in a serene setting. Our... server, was kind, expendable with her time, was very open and proud of her long term employment with the Hotel Hersey and wasgushing how well they are viewed and she found value working there. The food was 4 star quality, with huge portions, freshest ofingredients and flavor. My wife had a Chocolate Martini and was well "pleased".
