Manager was running around screaming at her staff and taking out her stress on them. A doordash driver was upset because he... asked for a drink carrier and she cursed him for ?speaking to her staff that way? and then banned him from the store beforecrying and screaming about the job being too stressful. By all means, it?s a stressful job but it?s also a job that isn?t beingdone well and the staff that she is supervising should not have to work under such a toxic leader. Read more
Lobby closed 45 min after they were supposed to be open according to their lobby sign & one in our party had to use a restroom.... Definitely one of the non-serious problems of the pandemic era is not having adequate places to stop and use the restroom whenyou need. If you say you're open this should be open, too. We went to Dunkin' Donuts instead which I wouldn't have went tootherwise. Hopefully this Wendy's will change their lobby policy or change their posted hours as it seems like an ongoingcomplaint from others as well. Read more
Terrible. Lady at the drive thru is completely incompetent. I order a chicken sandwich and got a burger, my kids nuggets had... no sauce and the lady took literally 10 mins to walk back to the window to fix it and gave me a huge attitude like I can't do MYjob properly. F that place, never again Read more
There are 2 Wendy's locations on either side of Hershey Park. The Wendy's (this one on Park Ave) after the park closes is quite... possibly the slowest drive-thru service on planet Earth. I feel like they have a competition with Hershey roller coasters to seewho can have the longest wait time in line. You can easily wait 45 mins in line with only a couple cars. Definitely an "avoid atall costs" after the park closes kind of restaurant - especially for a (*over-exaggerated air quotes*) "fast-food" chain. Read more
I wish I could truly give a review but we sat in line for half an hour and the line didn't move more than one car. The inside... was closed so we couldn't go in. I was super sad because we were hungry and on our way to do something so we had to settle forsandwiches from a gas station. Read more
Yikes! Horrible management. Walked a few steps towards the restaurant at 8:30pm but they turned off the lights right in front of... us before we reached. So they closed an hour and a half early and their drive thru line was wrapped around the whole building.It took 10 mins for 1 car to move forward. So ridiculous, we just left. Read more
