My daughter and I had dinner here after unintentionally finding because a our initial choice for dinner was too crowded. We were... happily surprised with the service, ambiance, wait staff, drinks and, most importantly, the food. Oh my gosh, we had the smallplates (pan seared scallops and crab dip) so we had room to enjoy the scrumptious desserts! Next time, What If will be ourfirst choice. We will be back! Read more

This place is fantastic. I celebrated my rehearsal dinner before our wedding day in May 2022, and it was THE BEST! The... coordinator of the restaurant, Joanna, was absolutely amazing and very communicative from the start. My husband and I do notlive in the area, and Joanna and her staff were so kind and flexible in helping us set up earlier before the rehearsal dinnerstarted. It was a great atmosphere, the restaurant space was beautiful, and the food was DELICIOUS. Most of my rehearsal dinnerguests came from out-of-town, and they all were SUPER happy with the delicious food, the excellent service, and the decoratedspace. I will always be grateful to What If... Service was great. My steak was overcooked, but regardless of that is was very good. The portions of everything were large. My... friend and I shared everything. We had fried pickles, Mac n cheese, and a bone in ribeye steak. It was all very yummy. Read more
Came to Hershey for a summer vacation, and this was by far the best restaurant we ate at. Started out with the crab dip... appetizer, a ton of melted cheese and crab meat in a bread bowl. Entree was a veal shank with steamed vegetables and mashedpotatoes. Everything I ordered was delicious. My friends loved their meals as well. I don’t usually eat desserts, but inHershey PA I felt obligated to order one. Got something called Profiterole, an enormous cream puff filled with ice cream andtopped with melted chocolate and pretzel bits. Even as someone who doesn’t usually care for sweets, I really liked it. After6 hours of driving to Hershey, this meal was the highlight of our day. Easily 5 stars. Read more
We made reservations for Valentine’s Day at 7:30pm, so of course they were busy. After someone came to see us at the host... station, we were seated very quickly. Our server was very nice and the food was delicious. Definitely a “treat yourself”kind of place because of the prices. But very worth it for a special night out. Interesting location at lower level of Howard Johnson inn in Hershey PA area. Need to to take stairs to go down but is quite... interesting cozy place with lots of variety of special cocktails wine and fine spirits .
