The service was quite good but the food was not. For some reason they could only make hamburgers well or medium well. I had the... chicken fried steak instead and it was cooked to death. I never write reviews but this is how disappointed I am with the experience. The waitress didn?t seem like she knew what she was... doing, maybe she was new but I think the bare minimum requirement is to make sure you don?t serve dirty dishes to yourcustomers. I asked for coffee and was brought out a mug with a large amount of either left over sauce or butter on the side ofit. I don?t know how she didn?t notice because I saw it as soon as she brought it to me. The food itself was terrible. The meatlooked grey and everything inside the omelette was just mush. And the hash browns were under cooked. Not to mention I got a sideof toast that was drier than this desert, I guess I should have saved that possible left over butter that was on the side of mycoffee mug for my toast. Luckily my partner didn?t have the same experience I did and enjoyed their skillet for the most part. Ilost my appetite half way through and just waited for my partner to finish. Its a great place, i get off at 4am and go eat with some coworkers but there is never any staff. The staff is super sweet and... has great hospitality considering. One time i went the cook quit and we waited almost 2 hours for another cook. The most recenttime they where just understaffed and he let us know upon sitting down. Their sandwiches are, unfortunately, a hit or miss. Lately, they have been a waste of money. They haven't been selling what's... advertised. It's all skin. Recently went for dinner to celebrate my sons birthday and was very pleased and satisfied with the service that we received. Our... server Ely was beyond amazing. He was very pleasant and super helpful and kind. I had mentioned it was my sons birthday and hewent out of his way to make out experience special. We were very well taken care are. The Manager Hugo was very kind. You cantell that he has great customer service and manages the restaurant very well. He came out and introduced himself in case weneeded anything. It was definitely a breath of fresh air to have good service. It?s hard to find good people like them. Read more
