Same as the victorville store. They refuse to honor online lunch specials. Website mentioned nothing of exemptions. But because... they are a franchise they claim they don't have to honor it. I guess we won't be catering any more parties with them. Read more

Placed an order for curbside pickup. I had to call in 15 minutes after the pickup time and having checked in. After about... another 10 minutes of waiting I decided to go in and was told my food was already bagged up and ready. Even after all of thisdelay food was missing from the order. Might understand if this place was busy but there was literally one other person in therestaurant and they had already been served. This was an awful experience and the food portions were also smaller than I havehad at other locations. Overall just not worth it. I've included a picture of what is supposed to be "sliced brisket." UPDATE:I spoke with a store manager who promised a refund but that was never processed. I also reached out to the Dickey's account thatresponded to this review after it was posted. They never replied. Seems as if they only want to give the impression that theycare about their customers. Read more

Love Dickey's Barbecue! All the meats are tender, flavorful and just plain delicious! The sides are good as well. They are a... great idea for your catering needs. My son's church uses them all the time for special events and we will be using them for myson's upcoming wedding. They might be a little pricier than others but you get what you pay for and this is good quality food. Anice little added touch, if you dine in, you get free little ice cream cones, which are by the drink station. I would also liketo point out that they have the "good snowball ice", which hardly anyone has. Give Dickey's a try! Read more
Went here on 11/30/22. I'm fairly certain the owner closed the business but forgot to tell the employees. The employee (yes one)... on the other hand is still trying to do his best with no resources. The food was cold, looked like two day old leftovers and thetable tops were sticky enough that my napkin ripped when I tried to pick it up. Read more
