This place is terrible. Cashier's are rude and not helpful at all. Will never be returning or ordering for delivery from this... place or any other McDonald's. I'm not the only one that feels this way about this McDonald's. I don't think they know what goodcustomer service is. Read more

Absolutely the most rudeDrive-thru experience I've ever had in my lifeI spent close to $60 worth on my foodAnd when I got my... order I was missing one large CokeI askedThe ladyAt the second windowWhy I was missing a Coke and she demanded to see myreceipt. After she looked at it she said that she didnt charge me. I said ok no problem may i order one more large coke she saidNO. That i need to get back in the drive thru line and order it cuz thay dont have a register. I said i hAve the exact changejust walk to the other register. SHE said no. So i stayed in the drive thru until she served me. She called me childish andimmature. Customer service is gone anymore. She finally gave me my 1 dollar soda with such a rude mouth. I ordered 2 happy meals and a deluxe quarter pounder with bacon my fries were raw. My quarter pounder was not a deluxe. Horrible... quality and experience I waited over 15 minutes for undercooked fries and a wrong sandwich. Highly disappointed. Read more

I didn't want to leave my kids alone...so I asked for my food "dine in" she said they don't do that anymore!!!! I laughed. I... almost had to argue with her to give me a number. So i have attempted many times to speak to a manager since last night and have had no luck. Last night i had my 2 daughters in... my car and my son ( ages 9,11,13) the drive thru intercom had music playing and as i pull up to the windows my face dropped withthe music that was coming out super loud. The profanity was uncalled for. I do not appreciate this location teaching my childrenthe F word, the N word, and both male and female private area slang. This is not professional and i will be calling corporate onthis matter. The 9pm hour is not closing time or even near closing time so why do you allow this to happen. Read more

I don't typically go to Mickey-D's, but I made an exception. This particular location was poorly run during off hours (~2:30pm)... during my visit, I can't imagine how horrible it is during peak hours. I tried to use the self-use kiosk after I got no serviceat the register (I'm a firm anti-kiosk user as it takes jobs away from people) but that didn't provide the options in wanted formy order, so back to the register I went. I stood at the register for about 5 minutes before someone attended to me. I wanted adouble quarter pounder "Big Mac style". My order was almost right. I got a quarter pounder. The service was lousy at the order stand they couldn?t hear me, and had me repeat my order 4 times. When picking up my order... they had me repeat it over again. My fries were cold, my Big Mac had torn bun. And This is my so called chocolate Sunday. I wasnot happy with the service at all. They need better Customer service. Read more
