Pilot Flying J in Hesperia Ca prime parking systems were down all day I kept checking in so I could pay for my spot. The day and... mid day manager informed me that they would be kind enough to come knock on my door so I could pay for my reserved spot. Theydid not so when the night managers arrived they came knocked on my door to tell me mind you tell me not ask me to move or theywould call towing because my spot was reserved . I am so upset and tried explaing to them the situation through out the day andthat a manger from the store was to have come out to inform me when the systems were back up and running. The male manager therewas very rude and told me to move and there was no more reserved parking available. I called Corporate and they informed methere were 4 spots available corporate was understanding to my frustration and the lady I spoke to Autumn was her name wasprofessional kind and understanding. Night manager here at this location need to be fired very unprofessional and rude and didnot handle the situation correctly. Read more

This place has way too many potholes on the streets surrounding the entrances and exits! There are also very undesirable... people/homeless walking around this location. The store itself is clean and has pleasant staff. The restrooms need to beremodeled and updated. There's usually one stall that's out of order. I also warn people showering at this location because afew years back, there was an incident with a video camera being illegally placed inside the rooms. It was a policeinvestigation. Read more
What a joke new machines and most are down for repairs. 3 washers , 2 dryers down. There is 4 new washers and new dryers. ... Was told that pilot is not allowed to give coins for dollars to wash your laundry. Otherwise remodel is decent. Read more
I actually like this pilot. It?s nice and big it?s a little bumpy in the truck parking area but manageable. The staff is super... friendly. I am here two or three times a month and sometimes spend a day and a half for my rest break. There is always food tosnack on inside and the shower person does a good job at night cleaning the shower. This place is super busy and crowed. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting?. It looked like a bomb had gone off. Only good... things about this location is the amount of parking for trucks and the OUTPOST CAFE! The food and service are AWESOME there! Read more
Nice big easy in and out gas station. Lots of stalls in the restroom ???? compared to the smaller gas stations. But the thing... I like most is about the pilot is the ability to get a hot cinnamon roll. These are delicious when they are fresh from theoven. Read more
I was here on 10/28 got 10 gallon of DEF on one of the fuel pumps right next to the scale went home in hesperia next time i... drove my truck drove about 10 miles got a check engine light check the code was for poor quality DEf fluid truck got derailedmechanics hade to dump DEF tank change filter header unit clean lines clean def doser it was $1800 just for the header + all thalabor had to flash the ECm and down load new program to ecm ALL THIS FOR CONTAMINATER DEF AT THE PILOT FUEL PUMPS!!!
