I got the Chicken Korma lunch special and upgraded to the garlic naan. The price seems expensive, but it’s very well worth it... and the portion is a good portion. The chicken was tender and the spice was perfect. The naan was sooooo delicious. I couldn’tput it down. The place is very clean and my glass and dishes were clean. OMG I had a craving for Indian food, and being in the high desert, I would have settled for mediocre. I was pleasantly... surprised to find that Spice of India was Tasty, authentic, and the waitress was friendly and as efficient as she could be,since she was the only one on the floor. We had the butter chicken and one of the lamb dishes, they were both outstanding!10/10 would definitely go back! Highly recommended Read more

We ordered Goat Rogan Gosht (not in the menu though, upon special recommendation) and two Naans. The entree came with rice, the... portion was little less (good for one). The main entree portion was huge, easily sharable by two. The taste was alright, not thebest but good enough to return back if we are in the neighborhood. Taking away one star because there was regular noise comingfrom the kitchen re: the orders placed by the customers. The total cost came around $24.21 without tip. Well I got my main plate, and it's been about 10 min and the rice and the bread isn't at the table yet. The guy keeps asking if... I want my rice plates separate after I already told him 3 times yes. And still no rice has arrived. Asked for a half lemonade anhalf tea which I always ask for and he said no I can't make that for you. 13 min later the rest of the food arrives with smallerportions of rice as well. Their price went up and the portion of food down. This guys hasn't been to the table either the cookdelivered the food and I had to ask the cook for a rice that's been in the waiting for 13 min my food is cold. Read more
