Was running errands and stopped twice today, first time around 1pm the drink was great, paid and left. Stopped by a second time... before I drove home to Phelan around 4 and ordered the same drink and it was wrong. Asked to get it remade and was doneincorrectly the SECOND time. Just gave up and left. SMH. Don?t know how a cold brew with almond milk can be made wrong twice. Itwas basically almond milk with a splash of cold brew. The drink was pretty much white/cream color. Those who order cold brewsknow they are dark if not black. Checked the ticket for the first cup earlier in the day when I stopped by and it was the exactsame order and done correctly. Horrible disgusting tasting chai latte!! It taste like it was all mostly water!! Had to throw them out!! Will never be back
People seriously just missing simple decency, we walked in, drive thru isn't bust, lobby isn't busy 4 people and they all just... stare at us, don't even acknowledge and at least say "hi" or "welcome", or at least say "we will be with you in just a moment.After they took our order, everything was quick. You can spend your whole life in the drive thru. It takes way too long. I've never had a drive thru line take so long at... Starbucks. I suggest going to another if you don't want to spend so much time in line. There needs to be a way to cancel yourorder. Read more
Curious why all the bad reviews, I have received help from Two Chris's a Chrissie and a Zack and many others and have had... nothing but great service drive through and in store. Stopped at this location today, 3pm Saturday, and they wouldn't even let us inside. They said they were only taking mobile and... drive thru orders. Lazy employees didn't want to open the store for no reason. Never coming here again. Update: My girlfrienddecided to give this store one more try and they told her they were only taking cash, which she didn't have. Not only are theylazy, they are probably committing fraud against the company by not tracking orders. A long time ago I worked fast-food andthere was a set of people that would claim cash only to customers and then not ring it up and pocket the money. This place is ajoke. Read more
The worst service ever. SOME staff are total rude. My hot coffee is always cold ALWAYS and they do not ever want to fix my... coffee. Happened more then once but it's the only Starbucks open late up the hill ???? Read more
