Had the BBQ Bacon Char burger with sweet potato fries. Considering the range of outlets around this part of Hesperia, this is... probably one of the better burgers in the area. I mistakenly gave this habit a 1 star rating, that's not even close. I've been coming to this location for a few months, it's... actually a miracle they put one in Hesperia, I live in San Bernardino but come up the hill to spend time with family and willget us something a step above standard fast food (when I have some extra money) and feel like having a double char combo, or ateriyaki char, or my favorite The Santa Barbara char. I do miss the golden spicy chicken sandwich, but I don't think that's beena thing for a few years. The staff has always been super friendly, they keep everything clean, and if I want my fries a littlemore crispy they know exactly how to do it. I had a free char burger for my birthday a few months ago, but for whatever reasonthe code on my phone wasn't scanning. We tried a couple times, and they gave me a free char burger. But being me, I need friesand it was my birthday so I splurged on a milkshake, and it felt like my own personal little birthday gift to myself. DOUBLE PATTY BAMBOOZLED Habit is one of my favorite places to eat but today I got bamboozled on the Santa Barbara Char. It's... supposed to be double patties instead I got 1 & an 1/8. It was dressed to look like two patties, on sourdough cut in 1/2 but itwas really only 1 patty. I took the meat out of the bread so I can heat it up in the microwave. When I took them out I noticedthe 2nd patty wasn't a full patty and cut in 1/2 it was still not a full patty. I paid 8.29 I expect two fully patties not 1 aneight of a patty. Read more
