Last night's order was amazing! Our pizzas were hot and fresh and not to mention they came within 30 min of ordering. I had... previously ordered through Domino's where an hour later an employee calls me to tell me they were out of an dessert on my order,then they canceled my WHOLE order and I lost my free pizza. Every time we?ve ordered, which is often probably once a week, it has always been good, but tonight?s pizza was OUTSTANDING!... ???? it was made perfectly as we ordered, hot and fresh! Update: Found out this girl's name is Jasmine. The driver was cool and nice, but this manager Jasmine has no business in... customer service. Fire her immediately. Pizza cold and stale. Just called to check on the status of my order and this woman-manager or supervisor- I guess seemed to have a huge attitude because I'm calling to ask after waiting over 25 minutes. Shecuts me off, talks over me and I already prepaid and tip telling me she's not going to have her drivers speed. I never oncestated I wanted pizza drivers to drive fast or speed... I called to make sure everything was okay and to see what was going on.Customer service here was awful and I will NEVER purchase from Pizza Hut again. I will be taking a picture of my pizza as welland posting it, so when it gets here it better at least look good since I've been waiting over 1 hour for a large pizza. Read more

Usually never have issues but tonight I did. I ordered online, one of my items was incorrect. Even the receipt matched what I... ordered, unfortunately didn?t receive said item correctly. Contacted store, I was told manager was busy and would contact measap to address the issue? here It is 2 hrs past delivery time and the time I called, and I?ve yet to receive a phone call? horrible management. I?ll be calling again tomorrow to receive a refund. Seeing as how we had to order pizza from somewhere elsesince our order from Pizza Hut wasn?t fulfilled completely nor handled correctly in a timely manner. Read more
